What is an Agent?

Can I use it for free?
Yes — every account gets 5 shared active-use hours each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Each monthly resource has its own billing cycle; cancelling auto-renew keeps it usable through the current paid period. Agent data follows the separate account and memory lifecycle shown in Settings.
How do refunds work?
Eligible unused paid credits and eligible unused monthly services are refunded through the original payment route. Gift credits and delivered model or active-use time are not refundable. The request page shows the exact eligibility and status.
Is my data safe?
Your agent runs in an isolated environment with encrypted storage. You can view or delete its memory at any time.
Do I need a technical background?
No — use it just like chatting.
What does Qiz Origin remember?
Only the preferences and context you choose to keep. Memory is visible and manageable separately from the conversation transcript.
What are Skills?
Skills are reusable instructions for recurring work, such as a weekly brief, research synthesis, or meeting follow-up.
